What we build
The systems growing businesses ask us to build.
Work orders, quoting, portals, reporting, scheduling, inventory, and the rest of the software an operation runs on. Each one is built around how your business works and connected to the systems you already have. If yours is not listed, we most likely build it too.

Questions about what we build.
What buyers ask before a first project.
Do you build systems that are not listed here?
Yes. These are the systems companies ask for most, not a limit. If your operation needs something else, describe the workflow and we will tell you what we would build first.
Should we buy a product instead?
Sometimes. If a product fits your workflow and your integrations, buying is usually the right call, and we will recommend it. Custom software earns its place when the process is specific to your business, the tools do not talk to each other, or per-seat costs keep growing while adoption falls.
Can one system cover several of these?
Often. Dispatch, customer portals, and reporting commonly share one set of records, and building them on one backend removes the re-typing between tools. The first release still starts with one workflow, and the rest follow on the same foundation.
How do you decide what goes in the first release?
We look for the workflow with the most manual work relative to its value, then write down what the release includes, what it leaves for later, and how we will know it works. That scope is agreed before development starts.
Will it work with the systems we already use?
Yes. Most projects connect to an accounting system, a CRM, and one or two operational tools. We decide up front which system holds each record, so a change made in one place is right everywhere.
Something else?
Bring the workflow, not a specification.
Most projects touch more than one of these, and many start as a problem that does not have a name yet. Describe what your team is trying to do and where the current tools get in the way, and we will tell you what we would build first.
