These Terms of Use apply to the marketing website operated by Baybloom Software Inc. (“Baybloom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They describe permitted website use and the relationship between website information and a separately agreed client engagement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website.
Project information and separate agreements
Website descriptions explain the kinds of work we offer. They are not a project specification, binding quotation, or promise that every capability is included in an engagement. Scope, fees, timing, deliverables, support, confidentiality, data handling, and ownership of client work are established in a separate agreement. These website terms do not replace or amend a signed client agreement.

An inquiry or booking begins a conversation; it does not by itself create a paid engagement, an obligation to accept a project, or a confidential professional advisory relationship. Project and marketing outcomes depend on the circumstances, scope, implementation, and factors outside our control.
