Website analytics
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure visits to our public website pages. Google processes page-view and device information to provide reports. We do not send chat messages, contact-form contents, URL query strings, or private administration pages to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. You can use browser privacy controls or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent collection. Opting out stops future collection but does not delete information already collected.
Google Analytics opt-out browser add-onWho we are and what this covers
Baybloom Software Inc. (“Baybloom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy for our marketing website, project inquiries, and appointment scheduling. It explains the information handled through those interactions. A client application or service may have a separate privacy notice or agreement that describes its own processing.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect the information you submit, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, a description of the problems you are facing, and, if you choose to provide it, an approximate investment range. We also keep your inquiry, related correspondence, submission time, and a record that you sent the request through the form, which we treat as your agreement to receive a response. If you schedule a meeting, we receive the booking details you provide through the scheduling service.
Technical information and cookies
Website requests include technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. This information may be processed by website infrastructure to deliver pages and protect the service. Our inquiry system uses a hashed request identifier derived from network information to limit abusive submissions. After an accepted inquiry, a short-lived cookie lets your browser display the confirmation page; it expires after five minutes and does not contain your message.
Chat assistant
Our website offers a chat assistant powered by artificial intelligence, identified as an AI assistant in the chat window. We keep every conversation with it, including your messages, the assistant’s replies, the page where the chat started, the type of device, and the time of each message, and our team reviews these conversations to follow up and to improve the assistant. A cookie in your browser links your messages to your conversation and lets you return to it; it holds a random identifier, not your name or your messages. Your messages are sent to OpenAI, which generates the replies as our service provider. If you share contact details in the chat, we store them with the conversation as a project inquiry. Please do not share medical records, payment details, passwords, or other sensitive records in the chat.
How we use information
We use inquiry and booking information to respond to you, understand a proposed project, arrange conversations, and maintain the related business correspondence. We use technical information to operate the website, troubleshoot issues, prevent spam and abuse, and protect the service. We may also retain relevant records to meet legal obligations or address a dispute.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by people working for Baybloom and providers supporting website infrastructure, inquiry storage, communications, scheduling, and the chat assistant, as needed for those functions. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights and safety. If our business undergoes a merger, acquisition, or transfer, relevant records may be included subject to applicable legal requirements.
Calendly and third-party services
Our scheduling interface is provided by Calendly. Loading the embedded calendar connects your browser to Calendly, which may process device information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own notice. Information entered to book a meeting is processed through that service. You can contact us through the website form or by phone instead. Other linked websites operate under their own privacy notices.
Read Calendly’s privacy notice ↗Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of the information, whether a business conversation or engagement remains active, and applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements. We do not state a fixed automatic deletion period for inquiry records. We use access restrictions and other safeguards appropriate to the website’s operation, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit a form or book a meeting. Browser settings let you manage cookies, although disabling them may affect confirmation or scheduling features. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask us to stop contacting you. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Information this website is not designed to collect
Please use public project inquiries for business context rather than confidential client matters, medical records, payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive records. This business website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or our practices. The date shown above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. For privacy questions or requests, contact Baybloom Software Inc. at +1 (941) 941-6897 or use our contact page and identify your message as a privacy request.
