Questions about working with us.
What companies ask before they choose a service.
Which service do we need?
Start from the problem. If you know the system you need, the pages on what we build describe each one; if you know the situation, start with the problems we solve. Most projects combine two or three services, and the first conversation sorts out which.
How is a project priced?
Every project is priced from a written scope. We start by learning how the work is done today, which systems the software has to connect to, and what the first release needs to accomplish. From that, we give you a fixed price and a start date in writing, before any development begins. The biggest cost drivers are integrations with other systems, migrating existing data, the number of user roles and permissions, and the number of locations involved.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. We can deliver a defined initiative on our own or work inside your team’s review process and conventions. Either way, the scope names who reviews what, who approves releases, and what we hand over at the end.
What happens after the first release?
Most systems keep improving from real use. Continued engineering covers new workflows, integrations, and reliability under an agreed scope, and every release carries tests, a security review, and documentation, so your team can run the system at any point.
What do you need from us to start?
A person who owns the workflow, time with the people who do the work, examples of the documents and records involved, and access to the systems the software will connect to. A complete specification is not needed.
Do you build mobile apps and websites too?
Yes. We build web applications, iOS and Android apps, integrations, data and reporting, AI features, and company websites, usually on one shared backend so every screen works from the same records.
Not sure which service?
Start from what you need built, or from the business you run.
If you already know the system you need, such as a dispatch board, a customer portal, or a reporting layer, start there. If you would rather see what we build for businesses like yours, start with your industry. Either way, a conversation costs nothing.
Tell us what you are trying to build.
