When to call us
Recognize your situation? We can fix it.
A spreadsheet that runs the business. Systems that disagree. A developer who left with the knowledge. A project stuck at almost done. Pick the one you are living with and see the options, including the ones that do not involve us, and what we would do first.
Replace spreadsheets with software
When the spreadsheet has become the system of record for something that matters, and so many people depend on it that it can no longer stay accurate.
ReadAutomate a manual business process
When a repeatable process is done by hand, step by step, by people who could be doing the work the process exists for.
ReadConnect disconnected systems
When the same customer, order, or job exists in three systems, and people spend their day re-typing and reconciling.
ReadReplace an expensive software vendor
When the renewal quote rises every term, the business uses a small part of what it pays for, and the vendor controls the data and the calendar.
ReadTake over an existing application
When the developer, agency, or team that built the software is gone, and the business still runs on it every day.
ReadRescue a stalled software project
When a build is late, over budget, or stuck at almost done, and nobody can say what it would take to ship.
ReadAdd AI to existing software
When there is a repeated task inside an existing application that a model could do, and the question is how to add it without a separate tool or a leap of faith.
ReadConnect AI agents to existing systems
When an AI agent or copilot needs to look things up and take actions across the ERP, CRM, ticketing, or practice system, and nobody has decided what it may touch or who approves what it does.
ReadAdd a mobile app
When the office has a system and the field or the customer does not, or when a product’s users are asking for something better than a browser on a phone.
ReadPrepare software for growth or acquisition
When the next stage of the business will look at your systems harder than the last one did: a buyer’s diligence, an enterprise customer’s security review, or a scale the current tools were never meant to carry.

Questions
Before you call.
What companies ask when the problem does not have a name yet.
What if our situation is not listed?
Describe it. Most problems start without a name: a process that has outgrown its tools, systems that disagree, or software nobody can change. We will tell you what we would do first.
How do we know custom software is the right answer?
Sometimes it is not. If a product or a configuration change solves the problem, we will recommend it. Custom software makes sense when the workflow is specific to your business and the cost of the workaround keeps growing.
What does the first conversation cover?
We cover the workflow, the people involved, the systems it touches, and what a useful first release would change. You leave with a clear view of the options, whether or not we build it.
Can you help with a project another team started?
Yes. We can take over a stalled build, stabilize an application someone else built, or work alongside the current team on a defined part of the work, starting with a written assessment.
Something else is holding the operation back.
Describe the workflow and the systems around it.We’ll tell you what we would build first, or whether to build at all.
